Dewey Beach
Dewey Beach lies on a small strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay, is about one mile long and only two blocks wide.
It is known for its nightlife with recognizable establishments like The Bottle and Cork, The Rusty Rudder and The Starboard. The beaches are wide, pet friendly and within walking distance from just about any residence. On the bay you will find sailboats, windsurfers, and kite-boarders, as jet skies and boats fishing.
As far as the real estate market, there a lot of condominiums and cottages. There are some luxury oceanfront homes as well. Most homes are investments or seasonal homes. However, you will find a few year round residents.
Dewey Beach is definitely worth looking at if you are into fun and excitement.
